Data Deletion

Applies to the TicketMint app by Arizolve

TicketMint has no user accounts and stores no personal data, on your phone or on our servers. There is no account to delete.

Removing TicketMint from your phone

Open Settings → Apps → TicketMint on your Android phone.
Tap Uninstall. This removes the app and everything it uses from your device.

Requesting deletion or asking a question

If you believe we hold any information about you, or you want confirmation that we don’t, email support@arizolve.com with the subject “TicketMint data request”. We will reply within 30 days.

What we keep

Nothing from the app. If you email us, we keep that email conversation only as long as needed to answer you, and you can ask us to delete it.
