TicketMintPrivacy Policy

In short: TicketMint does not collect, store, sell or share any personal data. The app works offline, has no accounts, ads or analytics, and sends ticket data only to the printer you choose.
Who we are
TicketMint (“the app”) is a ticket-printing app for bus conductors and transport operators, provided by Arizolve (“we”, “us”). This policy explains how the app handles information. If you have questions, contact us at support@arizolve.com.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information through the app. Specifically, TicketMint:
- does not require you to create an account or sign in;
- does not send any data to our servers or to third parties;
- does not include advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking SDKs;
- does not access your contacts, photos, files, camera or microphone.
Ticket details shown in the app (ticket number, route, fare, date and time) are created on your device and are sent only to the Bluetooth printer you select.
Permissions the app uses

You can withdraw any permission at any time in your phone’s Settings. Printing will not work without Bluetooth access.
Data stored on your device
TicketMint does not keep a history of tickets or any other records on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it completely.
Google Play
TicketMint is distributed through Google Play. When you download the app, Google may process information under its own Privacy Policy. We do not receive personal information about you from Google.
Children
TicketMint is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Security
Because the app collects and transmits no personal data, there is no personal data for us to store or protect on our side. Communication with your printer happens directly over Bluetooth between your phone and the printer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. As we hold no personal data from the app, there is nothing to access or delete, but you can still contact us with any request and we will respond. See also our Data Deletion page.
Changes to this policy
If we change how TicketMint handles information, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above before the change takes effect.
