These terms apply to your use of the TicketMint mobile app (“the app”), provided by Arizolve (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. What the app does

TicketMint lets you print fare tickets on a compatible Bluetooth thermal printer. The app is provided free of charge.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the fares, routes and other details printed on tickets, and for following the rules of your transport operator and any applicable law, including fare and tax rules.
• Use the app only on a device and printer you are allowed to use, and do not use it while driving.
• Do not use the app to create counterfeit, misleading or fraudulent tickets.

3. Printers and devices

TicketMint is designed for ESC/POS Bluetooth thermal printers. We cannot guarantee that every printer model, Android version or device will work, and we are not responsible for printer hardware, paper or connectivity problems.

4. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Android devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

5. Privacy

The app does not collect personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the app will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Arizolve is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost revenue or fares, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will update the date above. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
